(Q) Why are items seem to be duplicated? What is TWH?
(A) Throughout our store you will see products marked TWH. This is simply an abbreviation of our "Trinidad & Tobago Warehouse". Because we ship internationally, we have two warehouses that handles your goods, items are duplicated to fulfill your order with shipping costs that is closer to you. Items marked TWH are fulfilled from this location. If you choose another location the shipping will be charged from that particular location, only if the product can be fulfilled. * countries we ship to from this location see below.
(Q) What happens if i mistakenly purchase an item that does not dispatch from TWH?
(A) If you mistakenly purchase an item from a particular location, then notify us immediately (Within 24 hours) before the item is shipped, so we are able to cancel your order.
(Q) How do I remove an item from my cart?
(A) To remove an item from your cart you simply click 'remove' below the items description.
(Q) How do I increase or decrease an item in my cart?
(A) After an item has been added to your shopping cart you can click the up and down arrow to increase or decrease the quantity.
(Q) I added an item to my cart, Why am I not seeing it?
(A) when you click the "ADD TO Cart " button all your items will automatically be added to your shopping cart, to view it click the shopping cart icon located on the top of the page.
