Shipping policy
Our Warehouse dispatches items from two locations. One located in Trinidad &Tobago and the other in Canada.
Our Trinidad & Tobago warehouse dispatches goods locally and to the Caribbean select countries internationally. The shipping charge from this location is separated from our Canadian warehouse charges, this is intended to reduce shipping costs to these countries.

The Shipping from this location is fulfilled by the local courier in Trinidad & Tobago: Trinidad & Tobago Postal Services.
Your orders from our Canadian Warehouse are shipped through Canada Post. This location ships within Canada, the USA, and select countries internationally.
*Any orders placed from this location to the Caribbean will be subject to Canadian shipping charges via Canada Post.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged based on the weight of your item and is calculated.
* Libas-Haya Exclusives is not liable for any duties that your package may incur. This is a fee that is subject to your local customs clearance.
Shipping times
We will try our best to dispatch items in stock within 1-3 business days. Out of stock or pre-ordered items may be dispatched within 2-3 weeks.
The delivery time for your item can take 4-12 business days for orders shipping to the Caribbean and internationally from our TWH. Local deliveries can take 2-3 business days.
The delivery time for your item from our Canadian location depends on the method you choose, regular parcel 6-7 days or Express 1-2 within Canada, tracked packet USA 4-10, Regular parcel 6-13 for the USA, tracked or express for international. 6-14 days.
* Please note that these times are estimated by the couriers and delays can be expected due to covid -19.
Your Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for giving the correct delivery address and any other information needed to deliver your package, Libas- Haya Exclusives is not liable if an item was shipped to the wrong address or any fees that are associated with the correction.
- Any fees associated with returning an item.
- Local customs and duty fees associated with your package.
* Please note once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse we are no longer responsible for your package or its loss. we recommend you contact the courier or your local customs office.
*All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number with updated shipping information on your package once it has dispatched.
